Hello All,
In case you might be wondering, I’m
disappointed to report that we’ve had no strange occurrences here at the
Museum of Funeral Customs despite the fact that we have two previously occupied
caskets in the collection (currently on exhibit) and more funeral home
equipment, chemicals, and scary instruments than you can possibly imagine. After six months of resting calmly, one
of the aforementioned caskets did mysteriously roll off its platform several
years ago, but the “restless spirit” hasn’t been detected
since. We chalked up the incident
to a visitor who got a bit too curious and had to “touch and feel”
a used casket.
Happy Halloween!
Jon Austin,
Executive Director
Museum of Funeral Customs
Death is only the beginning

Subject: The Best Halloween Story About Your Museum
Ok, it's Halloween. We've had fun in the past
with stories of ghosts and such, but it's been a while. All you
hobgoblins out there, dish! What is the best Halloween story about your
museum? Hauntings, strange happenings, apparitions, disappearances,
tricks on coworkers . . . tell them all!
