First, make sure that it’s not a
phishing attempt. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten
emails like that that purport to be from paypal, ebay, etc.

Acquisitions and pay pal accounts
We were told recently that our Pay Pal account (used to purchase off
ebay) needed to be verified with a bank account information. Unless we do
so, we will not be able to use Pay Pal. Our finance office is
reluctant to give out bank account information and have it be used as a default
funding source. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you
solve it.
