Board Development Online Course

This online course is designed to provide training to staff and board members of history organizations and includes information on the characteristics of a good board and good board members; the day-to-day management of boards including information on a board member’s legal, ethical, and financial responsibilities; and methods and techniques for training and rewarding board members for their service.
