On behalf of Margie Hunter, I'm posting this thank you to the List. If anyone has run across additional information, please contact her at <[log in to unmask]> Thank you everyone for your suggestions on looking for Arkansas migrants during the Dust Bowl. I'm still searching for oral history collections, diaries, newspapers, etc. that specifically deal with Arkansas families. I've tracked down most of the information everyone has provided and in some cases, I already have it in my stash. In case anyone else is working on a similar topic California State University at Bakersfield has in their special collections an oral history called California Odyssey. (Listed as special collections but last I saw it was shelved with general reference material.) The original transcripts and audio tapes are in special collections. UC Berkeley also has some microfilm of FSA camp newsletter available for interlibrary loan. If you think of anything else, please post. Thanks again.
