Exhibitions Administrator For our national non-profit arts organization client's New York office we are seeking an Exhibitions Administrator. The successful candidate will assist with monitoring and recording monthly exhibition budgets; work with curatorial, registration, marketing and development departments to develop specifications for presentation contracts; serve as a primary contact for related inquiries and issues; prepare and when necessary revise co-organizer agreements and vendor contracts; manage Exhibitions Department FileMaker database; assist in the standardization and archiving of Department templates and computer files; update procedure manual; other duties as required. The successful candidate will have excellent FileMaker and related computer and database skills and possess exemplary organization, communications and interpersonal skills. BA in Art History or Arts Administration, and at least 3 years exhibitions or related experience required. Salary to $40K and excellent benefits. Immediate Placement.
