I am looking for individuals who would be willing to participate in a panel on human resources for small museums at the 2008 AAM conference.
 
Directors of small museums are very often the individuals responsible for hiring, firing, and conflict resolution at their institutions.  Most don't have HR training and are working with small staff numbers in smallish physical spaces.  The panel would focus on the issues faced and solutions for overcoming ticklish situations.
