We also have our "own" forms along with Past Perfect.  Since we normally don't loan outside of the university at this time.

Two thoughts, Monica -

Are there any lenders agreements on MuseDocs?, and,

We sometimes use both the borrower's and our own forms. It just helps us keep track within our own system - Past Perfect - and assures both parties that their conditions be met. More paperwork, I know, but in the end it is safer and simpler.

Subject: Loan agreements - lenders agreements

I have a question for registrars.  Our museum lends a number of objects each year, and traditionally we have always used the borrowers' loan agreements.   I would like to develop a lender's agreement for us, so that all of the conditions we expect can be covered, which is not always the case with the borrowers' loan forms.

Does anyone have thoughts on:

Thanks for any help with this.
