Subject: Painter Information Sought

Hello - We have been asked by the owner of a mural painted here in Charlotte during the 1930s to find some information about the artist. We know only that he was the son of an architect, Aymar Embury II (1880-1966), who designed the building in which the mural was painted. It is on canvas, painted in oils, in a broad caricature style. If anyone knows anything about this person, I'd appreciate your contacting me.

Many thanks,

Anne
