Six restored buildings including the Hoch Heritage Center housing collections storage, the library and archives. One of twelve staff members, the Curator supervises the Director of Research and the Research Assistant. There are several exhibition galleries in the New River Inn which will all be updated in the coming years. Collections records are in process of being entered into the Past Perfect collections software system. The Curator is also the reporting officer for the several grants that the FLHS receives each year. The Curator reports to the Executive Director and works closely with other staff members. Salary range $45,000-$50,000 plus benefits depending on experience and training. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of exhibition design and implementation, a through knowledge of collections management policies, and experience with collections software, preferably Past Perfect.
