Research Assistant

 

Historic Mount Vernon seeks an experienced candidate who will work with
the Senior Curator and curatorial staff to research and catalogue
selected objects in the Mount Vernon collection.  One year appointment
with the possibility of an extension.  Connoisseurship skills and sound
knowledge of early American material culture required; Master of Arts
degree and advanced studies in American decorative arts preferred.
Prior cataloguing and object handling experience also preferred.  Salary
