Hello Everyone.

We are working on revising our current docent training manual. I have been tasked with coming up with examples of docent training under curatorial departments. What I need to know is the pluses and minuses of having the curatorial department responsible for the oversight, planning and overall content of docent training. I would appreciate any examples or information anyone can offer. Please feel free to contact me on or off the list.
