I have used two versions of PastPerfect for collections management,
including library, and recently attended training for the most recent
upgrade that includes membership and fundraising management. I was very
impressed with the fundraising/fund tracking bit especially, it was very
well integrated and easy to use. Two thumbs up from me.

  Dear Nick:

We are very happy with Past Perfect, which we began using last year. We
use it primarily for our membership database, but soon will be adding our
collections and library.

We have found it to be flexible, extremely easy to learn and use, and the
support is excellent. The company is very helpful and accommodating, too.

  All best--Reine

  Hello,

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has either very good or very
negative comments about the following database software products.

  1. PastPerfect
  2. KeEmu
  3. Virtual Collection
  4. Visual Archiver
  5. Mint by MINISIS

Also, if you have some other "off the shelf" data base product that you
are absolutely wild about - please let me know. You can reply off-line at
the address below.

  Thank you.
