  Wednesday, October 18  Exhibition Gallery Talk: "Myth or Truth"
  Join DAR Museum curators for a lunchtime talk about the new exhibition "Myth or Truth? Stories We've Heard About Early America". Curators will discuss the history of myths highlighted in the exhibition and explore the truths behind them.

  Saturday, October 21
  Quilting For Beginners I
  Join DAR Museum's Quilt Camp Instructor, Jan Carlson, for a two-part workshop on basic quilting techniques. During the first workshop participants will begin making a simple 18" wall hanging based on an antique quilt from our     collection. Fabric and batting will be provided at the workshop, but a detailed supply list will be given with paid registration if you would like to bring your own fabric. Sewing ability is recommended.
