I would be interested in hearing from people who have provided series of teacher workshops, where you have seen the same population of teachers on a regular schedule for a length of time (i.e. once a month from September-June). I would be interested in hearing what successes you had and/or challenges you faced, and especially about any formative and summative evaluations you did with the group.
