Doran Cart is the Curator of the Liberty Memorial Museum-National World War One Museum in Kansas City.  They have an extensive collection of WW I posters.
His contact info:  [log in to unmask] or call him at 816-784-1918.  see their website @ http://www.libertymemorialmuseum.org/

If you are looking for help with how to mount the posters, what can safely be exhibited, etc. I'd recommend contacting a paper conservator in your area.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] World War I Posters

Can anyone on the list suggest institutions that have done exhibits of World War I posters or provide the names of curators with special expertise in this area? I have been asked to advise a major public library with a collection of these posters on doing an exhibit and I would like to put them in touch with an expert in the field.

Thanks,

Lonn Taylor
