I havent 'stumbled' upon anything actually.
I research found and subscribed to this forum several months ago,
as part of my own research into what is involved in the
operations of the museum.

> Some how

The 'some how' is my own volition and inspiration.

> you have reached a site for museum
> professionals of organizations of varying size

That would include one-person operations, yes?

> and disciplines

That would include artists and cultural researchers, yes?

For example the roles ego and elitism play
in communicating amongst diverse individuals.

Says you.

As a museum professional you are "musing with the Muses" daily?

Or have you forgotten, that what you do is
more than just a 'job'?

>Instead, it is a
>non-commercial

Yeah right.

Okay I see no one objecting
to the solicitators of human
capital happening posting
on in this forum.
(AKA - job postings)

site for individuals who
seek solutions to the problems
encounted in the museum profession.

Ah yes, ... the 'museum profession'.

Oxymoronic paragraph, up there.

If you wish to conduct yourself as a museum professional and contribute to
how one can best prepare an exhibit, develop a membership list, find new
avenues of reaching new participants at museum functions, etc., then you
will be welcome.

I've been doing that already.
Great flow of information on this list!
That's why I joined the it.

Ummm..

... No

Quasi-authoritative words, Mrs. Kirby.

So much posturing.

(And you misspelled "Gaia"
.. Some form of a Freudian slip I gather)
I will communicate as I am so inspired in this forum,
and anywhere else that I am. Its part and parcel of being me.
And therefor my responsibility.

If you don't like my contributions, might I suggest you
try dealing with your personal reactions using Wisdom.

When I choose you (or anyone else) to tell me what to do,
I'll honor you by requesting your feedback.

Meantime, please offer your sanctimonious commands
to someone who has chosen for you to control them.
