Wow, are you sure you don't want to link your membership to any other information sources? It seems to me that if your base were to grow at all, this could become necessary in the future. I am using a cumbersome access based database now, and I know it's not what you're looking for (besides, it is not as functional as I'd like) but I have worked in other cpacities with Filemaker Pro in the past and found it an excellent system that can be a great tool for a small organization, yet flexible enough to accommodate growth.
