NYCMER Annual Conference:

Changing Communities, Changing Museums: Educators Respond

In the ever-changing face of New York, where constant shifts in the needs and culture of our residents are reshaping the city map, and in a time of museum expansions and relocations, museum educators are faced with the need to reassess their programs and decide how to better serve their changing communities. This conference will provide a forum to explore the meanings of community and how they might guide an educator’s response.

Conference Date: Monday, May 22, 2006

Hosted by the American Museum of Natural History

The conference brochure is now available on our website (http://www.nycmer.org/ ) or click here to view the conference brochure here (Adobe PDF) to download and print to use for registration. To take advantage of the early bird special, full payment must be received by Monday, May 15, 2006.
