Hey Aaron!
You know of such a place...the City Museum in St.
Louis! I haven't been there since the St. Louis AYM conference, but recall
a playground for all ages, just the right balance of "safe danger" to keep it
interesting.
See you in Boston!

Hello All,
I am
looking for examples of museums, gardens, arboreta, etc. that have
primarily an adult audience, but also serve children. I am specifically
interested in institutions that do not have (or ONLY have)
separate children's spaces (e.g. discovery rooms, children's gardens,
etc.), but create experiences for children throughout the public spaces.
Has anyone seen such a place? Do you know of challenges or happy stories
associated with this approach?
Thanks so much
for any thoughts!
Aaron
