DIGITAL MEDIA ARCHIVIST / LIBRARIAN
FULL-TIME, MULTI-NATIONAL CORPORATION SETTING

Digital Video Services is seeking to fill an open position of Digital Media Archivist, for its Alticor, Inc. (www.alticor.com) branch office.  This office is  located in Ada, Michigan, a suburb of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an embedded member of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team, the Archivist is responsible for the effective acquisition, archival  processing, and retrieval of corporate media assets.  The Archivist will also act as a reference source to satisfy internal and external requests for  information and answers relating to archival assets while complying with all legal, intellectual property, and preservation concerns.  In addition, this  person participates on departmental and cross-functional teams to develop corporate procedures to ensure the most efficient handling and  preservation of archival assets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in archival administration, museum studies, educational media, or position relevant degree.  One-two years experience managing assets in a corporate, library, education, museum, or related environment.  Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently under  pressure to meet deadlines.  Self-starting forward thinker, with strong interpersonal skills willing to lead/accept/drive change!

SALARY:
$35,000 - $42,000 Salary Range
