Subject: Rogaine for Hygrothermograph?

Our Cole-Parmer model 8368-00 hygrothermograph has lost almost as much hair
as I have. Can I just ask one of my collegues to donate some strands of
hair, install them and then calibrate the thing with a psychrometer, or is
it really more involved than that and I need to send it off somewhere (like
the dumpster)? If I need to send it somewhere, can someone make a
suggestion?

Thanks,

Dan Bartlett
