Hello everyone. I am (although not in a Museum anymore, but still in non-profit fundraising) in the process of updating my online system for processing memberships, allowing people to register for activities, etc. I am interested in hearing from the list (on or offline) any experience you have with the following:

do you have the option to automatically charge people once a year when their membership comes up for renewal and what type of sustainer program do you use?

how do you handle installment payments online?

are you able to sign people up online for events/activities for different pricing levels, such as member/non-member and what type of program is it? Plus do you have an option for people to use their discounts (trip credit, gift certificates, etc.?)
I am sure that I have more questions, as we currently only utilize a small part of online fundraising/event maintenance. For now, this is a good start. I appreciate any help that this knowledgeable list can provide.
