Three years ago there was a discussion thread, mostly on school groups cancelling or not showing up.  In the recent past our museum has had a problem with groups cancelling a day or so in advance because they have decided that the receptive operator or group leader has scheduled too much and they want to get started home early.  I am curious to know how many of you have a deposit requirement for groups? If yes, how much? How far in advance is it due?  Is it refunded if they cancel or kept and under what circumstances?
