Would you like to gain valuable information about how visitors truly feel about your museum and about how their opinions can help your institution plan for positive change? If so, your institution should take part in AASLH’s first Performance Management group of 2006 ¾ but hurry, the January 1 deadline to sign up is quickly approaching! Work will begin in early January and the number of museums allowed to participate is limited.
AASLH’s Performance Management program, developed in partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Management of Nashville, offers museums a new way to measure and analyze visitor satisfaction and opinions. Through the use of Performance Management’s scientific and tested survey instrument and its resulting report, museums can implement positive institutional change and have valuable support material for fundraising, staff goals, marketing, and strategic planning.
