Development Assistant Position-Baltimore Museum of Art

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support fast-paced Development Division.  Responsibilities include:  preparation of daily contributions list, bi-weekly timesheet, meeting materials, and check requests; basic bookkeeping; event assistance; and general office support (phones, correspondence, files).  Reports to Deputy Director for Development.

Successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.  Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and internet searches.  Knowledge of fundraising software is a plus.  Strong written and verbal skills.   College degree + minimum 2 years administrative experience required.   Please send cover letter, resume, and salary requirements to: Judith Gibbs, Deputy Director for Development, 10 Art Museum Dr. Baltimore MD 21218.
