I'm looking for information, experiences, and advice re: starting volunteer
auxiliary councils- those volunteer boards that provide fundraising and
friend-raising services for their organizations. How do these get off the
ground if one doesn't already exist? If you have one of these, how did it
start? What are some of the perks to volunteers involved? Any other nuts &
bolts info about successful start-up and successful maintenance would be
appreciated.
