The Professional Specialization Certificate in Cultural Sector Leadership is a 6.0 unit program of studies requiring completion of four courses offered in a distance education format through the School of Public Administration and the Cultural Resource Management Program at the University of Victoria. Begin your PSC studies with a three-day seminar, "Challenges in Cultural Sector Leadership," from November 28 to 30, 2005, hosted in Victoria, British Columbia. Here, you will meet fellow PSC candidates, instructors, and mentors, develop project plans and begin a journey of discovery. Four online courses follow, starting in January 2006, to offer you the flexibility to learn in your own surroundings while being networked to peers within the museum and cultural sector.
