Constellation Museum!
Wanted: individuals of excellent
character who seek employment in a most unique setting and who enjoy speaking in
public. The USS Constellation Museum is currently
seeking qualified individuals to begin training for positions with the Museum’s
interpretive and education staffs in which they will provide public
presentations on and off-site, lead tours aboard ship, supervise Ship’s Crew, and support the
Museum’s interpretive, educational, and special event programs. In particular, the Museum is looking for
individuals who:

Are available for immediate
training and employment
·
Can work evenings, weekends,
and some holidays
·
Possess excellent
communication skills and enjoy giving public presentations
·
Have a demonstrated record of
excellent work ethic and employment experience
·
Can train high school-aged
youth
To be considered for the boatswain’s
mate positions an applicant must:
·
Be 21 years of age or
older
·
Be a high school graduate or
have earned a GED
·
Have one year of college
experience
·
Provide three professional or
academic references
·
Provide two letters of
recommendation from former employers
·
Undergo drug
screening
·
Successfully complete the
museum’s application process
Compensation begins at
$8/hour
