Research Assistant
Seeking an applicant to serve as a
Research Assistant who provides curatorial and registrarial
support for the Curatorial Staff of the Office of History and Preservation. Candidate will perform scholarly
research and provide support in collections management and art handling for the
House of Representatives’ collection of fine art and historical
artifacts. Applicants should
demonstrate flexibility, eye for detail, and ease in juggling multiple
projects. BA required, MA in Art, History
or Museum related fields preferred.
Museum experience helpful. Starting Salary: $45,264.00; Application
