During my last resume revision, I included the phrase "17 year cultural
heritage professional". I must say, that made me sit back and think. My
work-a-day world has changed dramatically over the past few years. Interest
in staffing positions associated with collections seem to be waning from the
collection manager level all the way up to curator. Most new positions
being posted these days are for project managers and those project managers
are finding more and more responsibility heaped upon them. Has anyone else
noticed this shift?
