Job Announcement:  Collection Manager Supervisor, Los Angeles County Museum of Art

Full-time temporary appointment available immediately and effective until July 1, 2006 (with possibility of temporary extension)

 

Will provide oversight, coordination and project management of major relocation of collections on display and in storage, in connection with a construction project. 

 

Requirements:  BA degree.  Minimum four years experience in artifact handling, storage and inventory control in a museum environment.  Prior supervisory experience is mandatory.  Must have excellent communication skills and proven ability to work as part of a team within a large organization.
