The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of collection management, a working knowledge of PastPerfect and a technical background that includes network setup and maintenance. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a deep desire to contribute to a winning team are required. Museum Support Specialist: The Museum Support Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to PastPerfect Museum Software users, primarily by telephone and email. This is a full-time employment opportunity in our Exton, Pennsylvania office. Normal working hours are weekdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
