Pastime Software Company continues to grow and is currently seeking a
customer support professional with a background in museum studies and
computer science.  The successful candidate will have a thorough
understanding of collection management, a working knowledge of PastPerfect
and a technical background that includes network setup and maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a deep desire to
contribute to a winning team are required.

 

Museum Support Specialist:

The Museum Support Specialist is responsible for providing customer service
and technical support to PastPerfect Museum Software users, primarily by
telephone and email.  

 

This is a full-time employment opportunity in our Exton, Pennsylvania
office.  Normal working hours are weekdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pastime
Software provides medical and dental insurance for its employees.  Employees
also receive paid vacation, retirement benefits, and paid sick leave.

 

Starting salary for this position is in the low 30's.  Applications will be
