The Milwaukee Public Museum (Wisconsin) is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to apply for the position of Instructional Technology Educator.   This is a full-time professional track Educator position whose duties are to develop, implement, and evaluate natural and human history educational and public programs using high-tech electronic technology. Major responsibilities are to integrate distance learning, multimedia, web site, and other learning technologies into all Museum education initiatives.   Over the past 3 years, the Education Department has authored 4 educational resource CDs, over 35 different electronic field trips (delivered in 8 countries and 35 states) and developed a comprehensive web site for the dissemination of content and resources related to the Museum's areas of research and exhibition. The Department programs has garnered national and international attention and recognition for the programs already developed. The application of instructional technologies will continue as the Department develops additional resources and programs for the Museum and the Tirimbina Rainforest Center in Sarapiquí, Costa Rica http://www.tirimbina.org/.
