The Fox Movietone news film collection is at the University of South Carolina. I gather that the collection begins in the year 1919, so there’s a chance that you may find what you are looking for there. The website for the collection is www.sc.edu/newsfilm. Good luck in your search.

Subject: Film footage
Hickory Hill, the historic home of Senator Thomas E. Watson, is looking for old newsreel footage from 1919-1922 of the United States Senators from that period. This can include Congressional sessions, speeches, etc. One specific item of interest would be footage of the Unknown Soldier proceedings. Are there any archivists or curators in film collections that could assist with this search?
