Try the International Spy Museum. I used to be the Assistant Curator there. I know Bob Edwards did a piece on the museum when they first opened. Also, contact the geology department at the National Museum of Natural History. They have radioactive artifacts I believe. I worked on an exhibit for them a long time ago. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) also has a museum.
