When I was in Las Vega a couple of years ago, I enjoyed Red Rocks Canyon.
Take a tour if you can, if not drive up and take a hike. Don't forget to
take a lot of water. For pure fun, walk around the second floor of the
Venetian. Two things not to do are the art galleries at the Venetian and
the Belagio. Admissions were expensive, and I thought not worth the price.
I may be jaded because I live close to Baltimore, fifty miles to D. C., and
a quick train or car ride to Philadelphia or New York and I am in Boston at
least twice a year.
