Actually they charge by either,   and usually ends up somewhere between $35 
to $75 per hour. Some that charge per hour can be slow therefore the ones that 
charge per page may be better because they make their own hourly wage.

It also depends on how good the copy is.

I am ona Freelance list that deals primarily with publishers. If you forward 
your information on to me, I will pass it along to them. You can get a number 
of CVs and pick from there. Many have websites.
