Research Fellowship in Free-Choice Learning
The Institute for Learning Innovation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit learning research and development organization is recruiting talented individuals to spend one-year (second year negotiable) with us as a Research Fellow. The incumbent will work as part of a team of dedicated, nationally prominent free-choice learning researchers and evaluators. Duties will include working with a project team to conceptualize, plan, implement, and manage complex projects related to the understanding and assessment of free-choice learning. Examples of projects might be major, multi-year, multi-institution assessments or research investigations of learning in free-choice settings. The Institute is seeking an individual with excellent writing and communication skills, competency in research design and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, the ability to work on multiple projects, an advanced degree in a relevant field (M.A. or Ph.D.), and experience managing research or evaluation projects. Individuals recently completing their doctoral work are particularly encouraged.
