Not sure exactly what you need, HOWEVER, in the "inexpensive and glad of it" category, 1) if you can partner with a City effort, they may produce banners in exchange for a mention or 2) chains such as Kinko's can produce all manner of banners; get to know your local manager, and work with him/her to get production done off-peak or through donation. They are also great about offering the "best rate" for press release, education material copying, too!
