Job Description:
This position is located at Soudan Underground Mine State Park. Occasionally requires evening hours. For FLSA purposes, this position is Non-Exempt now, but is anticipated to be Exempt for a portion of the year.
 
This position supervises, plans, develop, publicizes, implements and evaluates comprehensive natural, scientific, and historical interpretive programs and activities.  See web posting for complete discription.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in natural resource management; biological, earth or environmental science; American history; anthropology; archaeology; parks and recreation management OR the equivalent.
Applicants must also have the following:
Experience developing and presenting a variety of cultural/natural resource interpretive programs and/or activities OR teaching a resource-related area (e.g., natural or cultural resource management, biological, earth or environmental science) in a formal educational setting.
Experience providing leadership to others including planning, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, overseeing, directing, training and evaluating the work of other staff. See web posting for complete discription.
