I am a part-time student on a Museum Studies course in the UK. I hope that you can spare a few minutes to fill in a questionnaire about any visitor evaluation that your museum undertakes. I am interested in finding out how often museums carry out visitor evaluation, and what kind of evaluation this is.  (please see below for form)

I am a little unsure as to the make-up of this list, so if there is no-one from a communications / development / evaluation area, then apologies. Any help or advice that could point me in the right direction to contact these people would be gratefully received, or if you were able to forward on the email to a relevant colleague then I would be very obliged.
