The answers I have seen thus far are technically correct, and may be the way for you to go. However, I note that you said you are with a small art museum. If your museum as small as mine, and if the lady in question has a long time committment to your organization (the comparable person with my organization is a founding Mother and dedicated fund raiser), your hands may be tied. Mine are, and my fingers are crossed. Most of the board knows of her problem. Not only are we a small museum, but we are in a small town so liablity risk not withstanding, we feel we cannot confront the issue directly. Good luck.
