Web Assistant The National Museum of American History, Smithsonian Institution, is seeking a motivated assistant to support Web development projects at the Museum. Duties would include content management, data entry, digital imaging, and scheduling of meetings. You will also contribute to the development, production, and maintenance of our award-winning online content; track user statistics; and provide administrative and general office support. Applicants must demonstrate technical aptitude, organizational skills, and familiarity with educational uses of the WWW. Experience with the tools of Web publishing such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop is preferred. The best qualified applicants will also have strong writing skills and experience with one or more toolsets such as desktop databases, Flash, ColdFusion, or ASP.
