We use VISTA here at Sony Wonder Technology Lab, as do many NYC institutions. It allows you to do front desk/on site ticketing and advance reservations back of house. 2b Technology is the company that's behind it, based in VA. Overall it has been pretty good.. In the past I have used Raisers Edge (centralizes your donor and press database w/program reservations) and File Maker Pro, but each their drawbacks. Hope this helps! -Laura Joseph, Program Manager Patricia McDougall <[log in to unmask]> wrote: Does anybody have any recommendations for Tour Resevation systems that they use/have used at their sites?
