For something a little off the wall, the film "Planet of the Apes" has a scene featuring the Ape's Museum. How about the movie 'Just Visiting' where a knight and his servant get transported into the future and arrive in a museum exhibit and try to figure out life in the 20th century.  It is a fun comedy for anyone!
