Haven't seen your Corbis picture but the San Jose Historical Museum (aka History San Jose) has this building: (http://www.historysanjose.org/visiting_hsj/buildings/history_park/ gas_station.html) It's a little early (1927) and this photo isn't that great but if you like it I'm sure they would be glad to supply you with a better one.
