It looks as though I'm one of the few that don't see this
restriction as unreasonable. If you allow an infant to consume food in the
gallery via breast, then you would be hard pressed to restrict bottles for
infants. If you don't restrict infants consumption of beverage, then there can
be a case made for not restricting the rest of us.
