Re: Sending messages as high priority and spamOutlook Express will allow the user to create Message Rules for incoming messages. I have created rules for all the listserves I belong to, so that they are each put into a separate folder automatically upon receipt. I have folders and rules for Museum-L, RC-List, Conservation List, and other lists. That way the rule can automatically 'filter' them so they don't end up in my inbox. Very simple to do too-just right click on any message and it asks if you want to create a rule from that message. Love my Outlook Express, allows me to leave messages in their folders until I read them.... and no clutter. Jill K. Just send an e-mail to [log in to unmask] containing the following message: SET Museum-L DIGEST You'll receive one e-mail called MUSEUM-L Digest-((date and digest number)) with a list of topics for the day at the beginning followed by everyone's e-mails. The files are usually about 100K but vary from less than that to a bit more than 200K. This will also let you have your server block spammers without blocking colleagues. Cheers, Laura -- Laura H.
