I would be very interested in these responses as well - and to submit that every February in Ocean City, Maryland, there is a very good conference run by the Small Museums Association. It both offers practical advice specially geared to small museums (and useful for all museums). If anyone would like more information about this, I would be happy to provide it. And if anyone would like to speak on this subject, we are going to start looking for speakers in a couple of months for next years conference.
