Fellow Listers: I've been highly impressed with a firm called Cope Plastics located in Godfrey, IL. While their work is limited to Plexiglas fabrication, they offer superior work in both clear and UV-filtering stock. They also offer two types of bonded joints depending upon whether the seam must be invisible. Even the lesser expensive visible seam is nearly flawless. The turn-around time is fast. We sent our carpenter to Godfrey to pick up our order. Each of our bonnet units (nearly 36" cubes as well as a 3' x 3' x 6' cube) were carefully packed and ready for transport. Cope is reportedly able to complete specialty fabrication of exhibits mounts, etc., as well. My contact is Dennis Berg at an office in Peoria, IL. His telephone number is 1-800-322-2826. Please use my name. My future projects will go to him. Jon N.
